Astro Anniversary Celebration June 19 - 20, 2025 at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center!
This year, 2025, is a big year for the Astro Series of Spacelab missions that flew aboard the Space Shuttle. Astro-1 will be celebrating the 35th anniversary since it launched aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia; and Astro-2 will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of its launch aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour.
To celebrate these milestones, the Astro Restoration Project (ARP), in partnership with the U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC), will be celebrating Astro Days at the USSRC on June 19 and 20, 2025.
Events on June 19 are events geared to the public, with special events for those who worked the Astro mission on June 20.
